Shipping & Delivery

We will ship most items within 24 hours of ordering them We do not ship on Sundays or US Holidays. We mainly utilize the USPS to ship the majority of our items. We will provide a tracking number with all orders. The USPS tracking system is slow at times and it can take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Currently we package and print shipping labels every evening Sunday Through Thursday and ship out packages on the following morning. If you need something expedited for a birthday or other event please let us know and we will do everything we can to get your item to you on time.

Shipping Prices

United States

We offer $3.95 shipping for as many comic books as you care to buy, everything else ships for free!


Our shipping price is based on the weight of the item(s) you put in the cart. We can utilize USPS First Class international up to 4 lbs, this is usually the least expensive option.

International orders over $50 may require higher shipping charges, for delivery confirmation. It can take up to 4 weeks for items to clear customers, for our international buyers. We don't control customs and the delays they some times incur.

Any import duties, fees, VAT, or tax that may be added by your local delivery service is by purchaser and not included.

Packaging Comics

We put all our comics in a bag and board prior to shipping. This does cost us more but we believe it helps protect the comics during transit from both drop damage and environmental damage.

  • 1-4 Comics with value under $5.00 will be shipped in a Jifirigi rigid #3 envelope with a "Do Not Bend" sticker on it.
  • Orders over $5.00 in value will be shipped in a cardboard box.

If you would like other arrangements made please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Packaging Everything Else


We ship most collectible items in Cardboard boxes.  Non-collectible or items that are not easily damaged during shipment may ship in bubble bags.

Privacy & Security

E-Mail Addresses

We only use your email address and physical address to communicate with you for an order. We will not put you on a mailing list unless you sign up for it. Under no circumstances will we sell your e-mail/physical address.

We do have a newsletter which you can sign up for at the bottom of every page on our site. This is the only way you will get on our mailing list.


Our site like every other eCommerce site does use cookies. You must have cookies turned on for our site to work properly.

We do not collect any personal information with the cookies we use to manage our site.

Credit Card Information

We use a third party to process your credit card for all transactions. We never see your credit card information and we do not store your credit card information.

This means you will have to enter your card information for every order with us unless you use PayPal. We know this is extra work but it keeps everyone safer!


Returns & Replacements

Items Lost or Damaged During Shipment

Please let us know as soon as possible. We will credit your account with us, refund you, or reship all or part of the order, as appropriate.

If the order was damaged, keep the packaging! We may need it to file for insurance on the package; it may be difficult for us to refund you if we aren't able to process our claim. You must inform us of any damage to your order within seven business days of receipt

Our Comic Grade Was Incorrect

Comics graded by CGC and PGX are not returnable based on grade. All other comics may be returned, in case of grading error, for a 100% refund if we are notified via email (customerservice@comiccastle.com), within fourteen days of of receipt. Returns for grading errors must be received at our office from the original delivery date:

US Orders - Three Weeks

Canadian Orders - Four weeks

International Orders - Five weeks

Comics Must be returned in the same condition as sent.

We Sent You the Wrong Item

Please let us know within seven business days of receipt. We will credit your account, refund you, or ship the proper item, at our sole discretion. If we need you to return the item, we will reimburse you for basic ground shipping or send you a return shipping label.

You Purchased the Item by Mistake

If we have not already shipped the item, you may let us know and we will give a full 100% immediate refund

If we have already shipped the item, please let us know within three business days of receipt. We will refund you for the line-item value of the item (without shipping), less a restocking fee of 10%. We will not reimburse you for your return shipping. We must receive the item back in like condition to what it was sent before issuing refund.

No Returns on Redeemed Digital Content

If a publisher includes a redemption key for online content with a comic, we will not accept the item for return if the digital content has already been redeemed. (Put more plainly, if you peel the sticker off a newly-released comic to reveal the code, we won't accept a return on that item.) Please see our grading terms for more information about digital codes included with books; many older comic books we may sell will have the code previously redeemed, and those would be returnable.

We also cannot take responsibility or grant a refund if the publisher chooses not to redeem your code, for whatever reason..



You do not need an account to place an order with us. However to be able to track previous orders and to receive special discounts you will need an account with us.

It is easy to create an new account if you already don't have one. Click the "Sign Up" button at the top of any page on our site.


Updating Account Information

We do not delete account on our site. Your account with us will always be available.

If you already have any account with use you may click the "Log In" button at the top of any page on our site to log in to your account. You can change any of your information there.
